Exchanges for Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to provide a replacement at no cost to you. To request an exchange:
✔ Call us at 419-279-8182 within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Provide photos of the damaged or defective product.
✔ We will send a replacement as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

🚫 We do not accept returns for any reason other than product defects.
🚫 Items that have been used or installed are not eligible for exchange.
🚫 Products not purchased directly from Garrdal-LP.com cannot be exchanged.
